AQUAROYAL. This aquatic complex subtly blends honey-coloured wood and mosaic-blue tiles to create a haven of relaxation. With its imposing dimensions (pool size is 350 m2) and its glazed picture windows opening out on to the vastness of the sea, this majestic space seems to float on the waves! In this magical environment, you can tone up, stimulate your circulation and strengthen your legs from top to toe.
In this area, a geyser tickles the sole of your feet, a little further on you can work out in the counter-current walking area which alternates between warm and cold water, you can let yourself be massaged from head to toe by a multitude of underwater jets which gush forth in alternating fashion, you can splash about under the umbrella showers and after, you
can relax on hydro massage seats and couches...
AQUAGYM. This is the pool where a qualified trainer will show you movements that will permit you to gently stretch and tone your body. The water resistance provides optimal conditions for a gymnastic session, while buoyancy makes you feel lighter. Regular workouts of this type will help prevent arthritic and osteoporosis problems, help tone muscles, relieve back pains and tone up or simply relax your body!
In the same pool, discover the AQUA STREAM, a series of exercises performed in front of a high-pressure underwater jet. It truly kneads and strengthens your body, slims your figure and helps pains subside.
Before or after a day of Thalasso/Spa programme, or even in between two treatments, you are kindly invited to visit the gym and muscle-sculpting room. Qualified instructors are present to create and guide you through your personalised training.
The «Hammam» (Turkish baths), a three room complex, each with different temperatures, has a decor of sumptuous marble mosaic that is worthy of a visit. Caressed by the streams of steam, delicately perfumed with eucalyptus, your body will slowly get rid of the harmful toxins and your skin will gently shed all of the tiny dead particles that clog it up. Tensions are released and you will abandon yourself to the sense of wellbeing that slowly envelops you. At the end you will feel lighter, purified .
